PORTFOLIO: Westlake Community Subdivision 

This project consisted of the development and construction of a 630 acre residential development that included approximately 1,000,000 CY of earth moving and 60,000 LF of underground utility installation. An onsite wastewater treatment facility, deep-well water system, 82-acre lake and 40+ acres of wetlands were also major components of the project.
